Job summary

Thrivas is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Florida to support civil litigation matters. This in-office position includes a work-from-home option and competitive compensation commensurate with experience, with regular pay increases based on performance.

Established law practice is expanding and hiring a Litigation Paralegal. Compensation is commensurate with experience with regular opportunities for pay increases based on performance. This is an in office and work from home opportunity.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Individuals with experience in personal injury, personal injury plaintiff or PIP, and insurance defense litigation are also encouraged to apply. Must have experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preparing discovery, motions, schedule hearings, etc.

Duties will include working PI litigation cases through settlement. Trial experience is not required.
