Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in paralegal or legal studies or related discipline preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of legal experience; 4+ preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and standard office software.
• Certificates & Licenses: ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred.
• Other Requirements: Strong organization, research, confidentiality, and deadlines management.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all stages of complex civil litigation from case assessment to trial.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Organize and summarize large volumes of documents and ESI.
• Assist with productions, privilege reviews, redactions, and tracking.
• Prepare discovery databases, privilege logs, and document indexes.
• Coordinate with e-discovery vendors and medical records relevant to litigation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
