Greenspoon Marder LLP in Century City seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support the litigation practice, manage information, and aid in delivering legal services with client interactions. Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm.
• Proactive, highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Experience tracking billable time.
• Knowledge of E-Discovery platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize pleadings per state and federal rules.
• Assist with document retrieval, review and organization of large productions.
• Support document productions and maintain case pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare for depositions, exhibits and discovery tasks.
• Coordinate with supervising attorneys on exhibit lists and privilege logs.
• Assist with trial preparation and scheduling.
• Conduct legal research and docketing; maintain confidentiality.
