Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a 100% in-office role. You will support attorneys through civil litigation, discovery, and trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years paralegal experience, civil litigation background, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and iManage. A bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate are required; background check and drug screen are required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Civil litigation experience required.
• Familiarity with web-based legal research services.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys with preparation of civil cases during discovery and at trial.
• Discovery and records management, including subpoenas and tracking responses.
• Summarize medical and employment records, create medical chronologies, summarize discovery responses.
