Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and file motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Calendar and track all deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Review trial orders and ensure compliance with all requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate hearings and utilize judicial calendars.
• Maintain organized case files and monitor case progression.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries.
• Assist with trial preparation as needed.
• Handle e-filing through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
• Assist attorneys with additional litigation support tasks as assigned.
