Education/Experience Requirements:

• Associate Degree in paralegal studies or related work experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant paralegal experience
• Managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations and information with tact, diplomacy, and
  professionalism
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Accountability to the managing paralegal
