Role Description:

Client prefers set schedule for 30-40 hours weekly.

Contract-based, remote role available for a Contract Litigation Paralegal at Asked + Answered. The Paralegal will handle tasks such as legal document preparation, service of process, e-filing, document review, legal research, trial preparation, written discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, as well as providing administrative assistance for litigation cases.

Qualifications (applicants must meet all of the following requirements):

• Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
• Legal Research, Pleadings, and Motion drafting abilities
• e-filing in State and Federal Courts
• Experience working in litigation support roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of California litigation procedures
• Must have a Paralegal certificate
• 7+ years of CA litigation paralegal experience
• Must reside in California
• Available immediately
