Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in construction defect.
• Ability to prepare and file pleading documents.
• Knowledge of e-filing systems including eDockets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Maintain attorneys calendar and handle general correspondence.
• Assist multiple attorneys and prepare for trials.

Skills

e-filing experience in Florida

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

High level of computer competency in Microsoft Office Suite
