Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil litigation with regular trial and courtroom experience.
• GA Bar Admission required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage many cases.
• Creditors rights bankruptcy experience a plus; criminal or personal injury also considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions and document requests.
• Communicate case progress to clients with clear explanations of legal matters.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills.
