Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience preferred.
• Creditors rights bankruptcy experience a plus.
• Criminal experience a plus; personal injury considered.
• Must have several years of regular trial and courtroom experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering.
• Communicate with clients about case progress and provide clear explanations of legal matters.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Excellent writing skills.
