Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in civil litigation with regular court and trial experience.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage multiple cases concurrently.
• Strong writing, document drafting, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage discovery, depositions, document requests, and evidence collection.
