• 5+ years’ experience preferred with several years of regular trial and courtroom experience.
• GA Bar Admission required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong case management and organization skills, including handling multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions and document requests.
• Communicate case progress to clients with clear explanations of legal matters.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills.
