Ideal candidates have 5+ years of trial experience, GA Bar admission, and the ability to manage many cases with strong writing and client communication. Compensation includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and quarterly bonuses for hours exceeding 400 per quarter.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in civil litigation and trial work.
• GA Bar Admission required.
• Ability to manage numerous cases and communicate with clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Prepare and file legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs with attention to detail.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering.
• Communicate with clients about case progress and explain legal matters clearly.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Exhibit excellent writing skills.
