Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on litigation experience and an interest in real estate and HOA law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Develop litigation strategies and case evaluations
• Collaborate with partners and support staff on case management

Qualifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience in real estate or HOA law is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
