Qualificações

• Active California Bar member in good standing.
• Strong interest in civil litigation and trial development.
• Experience or strong interest in drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Excellent research and writing skills; Westlaw proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions commensurate with experience.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare matters for trial.
• Maintain strong client communication and case management.
