GPAC in the United States is seeking a highly motivated Attorney to join our growing legal team in Richmond, VA. You will work on a wide range of matters, draft documents, and represent clients in proceedings, providing expert legal advice and strategic counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to state bar and in good standing with all applicable bar associations.
• 3+ years of experience practicing law.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide informed and strategic advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.
• Provide guidance and counsel to clients on a variety of legal issues.
• Stay current with changes in the law and industry trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve client objectives.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
