We are seeking a civil litigation attorney with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about advocating for rural landowners. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to build a meaningful civil litigation practice with real ownership over their cases early on. The successful candidate will develop and apply strong litigation skills to protect property rights and advance the interests of landowners throughout Texas. This role offers hands‑on mentorship and the chance to grow quickly, while requiring initiative, sound legal judgment, and a genuine commitment to seeing cases through from strategy to resolution.

What You'll Do

• Represent rural landowners in litigation matters across Texas
