Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Miami seeks an experienced associate to join our commercial and insurance litigation team. Based in downtown Miami with additional presence, the role offers exposure to complex disputes, class actions, foreclosures, and appellate work for national banks, insurers, and Fortune 500 clients.

Expect to handle investigations, discovery, depositions, and motions, provide case strategy advice to institutional clients, and prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial.

Qualifications

JD and active Florida bar.
4–8+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience, insurance/financial services a plus.
Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

Handle complex commercial and insurance litigation matters from investigation through resolution
Manage discovery, depositions, and strategic motion practice in state and federal court
Work on class actions, commercial foreclosures, consumer-finance disputes, and related appellate matters
Advise institutional clients on case strategy and risk management
Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
