A full-service and prestigious Business Law firm with offices in Northern Miami is hiring a Litigation Attorney with Complex Commercial Litigation experience. This person will work on a wide range of business disputes involving agreements, fraud, intellectual property, trade secrets, tax and collections, or unfair competition, as well as various complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Draft and prepare legal documents (this is not template-based writing!), including pleadings, motions, briefs, correspondence, and discovery.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and handle motions and depositions
• Collaborate on case strategy, handle legal research, and manage a complex caseload
• Previous experience working on state and federal court litigation matters
• Florida Bar license in good standing
• Excellent writing and research skills are the top priority!!
