Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, settlement documents, and client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical case strategy.
• Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members.
• Work on business disputes, contract litigation, employment matters, real estate disputes, construction issues, and related litigation.
• Collaborate with partners and staff while independently managing assigned matters.

Location
