This role involves handling civil litigation matters from intake to resolution, including drafting legal documents and managing client communications. The ideal candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school, preferably with 3+ years of civil litigation experience and an Indiana law license. Location

This position is based in South Bend, Indiana. Attorneys should expect to be in the office the majority of the time initially, with hybrid flexibility available after training.

• Work on business disputes, contract litigation, employment matters, real estate disputes, construction issues, and related litigation
• Collaborate with partners and staff while independently managing assigned matters

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Indiana law license preferred, or ability to become licensed promptly
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong writing, research, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage files independently and professionally
• Deposition, hearing, mediation, or trial preparation experience preferred
• Portable business is welcome, but not required
