Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, settlement documents, and client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and develop practical case strategy.
• Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, negotiations, and court appearances.

Location

This position is based in South Bend, Indiana. Attorneys should expect to be in the office the majority of the time initially, with hybrid flexibility available after training.
