We are a friendly, busy boutique law firm primarily practicing employment, real estate, personal injury, and business litigation.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California, and should have *at least 3-5 years of substantive civil litigation experience, including first or second chair at trial*.

Duties of the Civil Litigation Attorney include:

• drafting pleadings and discovery
• taking and defending depositions
• representing clients in mediations, arbitrations, mandatory settlement conferences, administrative hearings, and trials

Salary is very competitive, negotiable, and dependent upon experience. *Monthly bonuses, and quarterly bonuses based on referrals, are paid in addition to salary*.
