LHH is partnering with a well-regarded regional law firm in Philadelphia to hire a Civil Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of experience in civil defense litigation.

The role offers hands-on litigation responsibilities, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances, with opportunities to support white collar investigations. Philadelphia-based with occasional Marlton, NJ attendance, and a competitive base salary with discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience.
• Strong writing, deposition, discovery, and courtroom skills.
• Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar admissions required.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Handle day-to-day litigation responsibilities and client interaction.
• Support white collar investigations when applicable.
• Maintain a diverse civil litigation caseload (contract disputes, tort matters, etc.).
