gpac is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney in Orlando with 3–5 years of experience to handle a diverse civil docket, manage matters from inception through resolution, and advance your trial career in a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing.
• 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience in Florida state and/or federal court.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions and taking and defending depositions.
• Trial or trial preparation experience preferred.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct case assessments and legal research, and develop effective litigation strategies.
