Job summary

Melone Hatley, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocacy and a solid understanding of legal procedures, court rules, and ethical considerations.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to Florida state bar.
• 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of state court procedures.

Responsibilities
