$130,000-$200,000/Anually + bonus and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex civil litigation matters from case intake through resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, experts, and third parties.
• Manage discovery, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Qualifications:

• 0–3+ years of litigation experience; civil defense experience preferred.
• Active license to practice law in the State of California.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
