Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an Associate Attorney for a civil litigation defense practice with a hybrid schedule in the Philadelphia area. The role requires 3+ years in relevant litigation for Philadelphia or 0–2 years for Cherry Hill, NJ, with a PA or NJ Bar admission and a strong writing background.

Responsibilities include defending matters from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings and discovery, and supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active state bar admission in the office location (PA for Philadelphia, NJ for Cherry Hill).
• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience for Philadelphia.
• 0–2 years acceptable for Cherry Hill.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Writing sample required.
• Dual PA and NJ admission is a plus.
• Insurance defense or civil litigation experience is preferred.

Location:
