CyberCoders is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Glen Allen, VA office. The role features a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote) and a competitive salary of $120,000–$140,000 with bonus and benefits. You will handle sophisticated litigation matters and work directly with seasoned attorneys to develop case strategy.

We are looking for a J.D. from an accredited law school, an active Virginia Bar license, and at least 2 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution.

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial support.
