Consilio's direct hire division is partnering with a well-established and respected Northern Virginia firm, is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join our Leesburg office. This position will focus primarily on family law matters (approximately 75%), with additional exposure to a variety of civil litigation matters, including guardianships and trusts & estates disputes. The associate will work closely with experienced attorneys on a range of cases and have meaningful client interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Active membership in the Virginia State Bar (required)
• Judicial clerkship experience in a Northern Virginia circuit court is a plus (and will count toward experience)
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
