Job summary

Orion Placement in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced litigation attorney for a full-time, on-site role. Represent clients in civil litigation matters from intake through trial, building case strategy and communicating directly with clients.

The ideal candidate has an Idaho license and at least 2 years of civil litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. You will collaborate with a supportive team and manage multiple matters with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation from early case assessment to resolution.
• Develop case strategies and provide practical legal advice.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues.
• Manage discovery, document review, depositions, and pretrial activities.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients with clear updates and guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver excellent client service.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities with attention to detail.

• Strong experience with legal research, writing, motion practice, discovery, and case management.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and professional initiative.
• Trial, hearing, deposition, mediation, or arbitration experience is a plus.
