Job summary

Orionplacement in Boise, Idaho is seeking a litigation attorney to represent clients in civil matters from pleadings to trial. This full-time, on-site role offers meaningful, challenging litigation matters and direct client interaction.

You must be licensed in Idaho with at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. You will develop case strategies, draft filings, manage discovery, and collaborate with a team to deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho law license required.
• 2+ years of direct civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, motion practice, discovery, and case management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution.
• Develop case strategies and provide practical legal advice based on each client's objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex factual and legal issues.
• Manage discovery, document review, depositions, and other pretrial activities.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as appropriate.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear updates and strategic guidance.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to manage matters efficiently and deliver excellent client service.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities with strong attention to detail.
