An Idaho law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to support and grow its civil litigation practice. The firm has a strong transactional platform and now needs a civil litigator who can take ownership of business, real estate, construction, and/or general civil litigation matters.

The Litigation Attorney will independently manage a civil litigation caseload, draft and file litigation documents, communicate with clients, and work closely with Mike McClure and firm leadership on matter strategy. This role is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, with 5 years being ideal, who is licensed in Idaho or willing and able to become licensed in Idaho.
The position is based in Meridian, ID, with openness to hybrid flexibility and potential consideration for a strong remote candidate depending on experience, licensing, and overall fit.
Expected base salary is approximately $110,000, with profit-sharing upside and an ideal total compensation opportunity that may reach approximately $230,000 depending on performance, experience, goals, and overall contribution.
The firm offers a partnership-track opportunity, profit-sharing potential, insurance and cell phone stipends of approximately $5,080 total, matched IRA after the first year with immediate employee contribution eligibility, 12 days of paid time off, and approximately 25 total days off annually when federal holidays are included.
The standard schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM. The firm does not expect a 60-hour workweek and is open to hybrid flexibility or a strong remote candidate depending on fit.
