Job summary

CyberCoders in Seattle, WA seeks an Associate Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side litigation team focused on wage-and-hour and class actions. You will support experienced litigators in state and federal court, handling research, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

This role offers meaningful courtroom exposure and mentorship while advancing complex employment-related matters. The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited law school, is or will be admitted to the WA

Qualifications

• Must have JD and be licensed to practice law in Washington State or be pending admission to the Washington Bar.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery-related documents.
• Assist with all phases of discovery, including responses, document review, and case development.
• Prepare for and attend depositions.
• Support case strategy and trial preparation efforts.
• Appear in court hearings and participate in oral advocacy opportunities.
• Communicate directly with clients and help manage client relationships under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes employment and class action litigation matters.
