Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering required.
• Knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals and soil mechanics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to periodically work off shifts and overtime.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in geotechnical field investigations, including logging of soils borings and percolation testing.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals.
• Perform engineering analysis under supervision of a professional engineer.
• Review project plans and specifications prepared by others.
• Attend client site meetings and communicate effectively with client and project teams.
• Perform testing and inspection tasks in the field and laboratory regularly.
• Operate testing equipment and report data assessments.
• May travel overnight occasionally.
