Job summary

Optimized Process Designs, LLC in Mt. Belvieu, TX has an opening for a Civil General Foreman. This role leads multiple foremen and field crews on complex civil construction projects, emphasizing safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will coordinate with the OPD Superintendent and project team to plan concrete pours, rebar installation, and formwork per client specs. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as a civil general foreman, experience reading civil/structural/pipe drawings, and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a civil general foreman.
• Must be able to read civil, structural, and pipe drawings.
• Travel is a must with extended periods away from home in remote areas.
• Must be willing and able to attend and/or lead employee safety meetings.
• Must be able to work shifts up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple foremen and field crews.
• Conduct morning production meetings with crews to discuss plans.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure foremen are trained.
• Schedule concrete pours and rebar; plan and coordinate forms.
