Job summary

Red Ox Construction is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on civil sites and ensure crew members perform daily and weekly activities to meet production goals safely.

You will oversee labor, equipment, and materials, read plans, enforce safety, and liaise with project managers to maintain schedule and budget. Travel may be required; competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within heavy civil construction.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, concrete, bridges, highways.
• Proven ability to lead crews, deliver projects on schedule/budget.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, and cost-control knowledge.
• Ability to read plans/specs/documents.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in active sites.
