Job summary

Austin Industrial seeks a Civil Carpenter Foreman to supervise and coordinate workers on industrial construction projects, ensuring safety, timetables, and cost targets.

You will lead skilled and unskilled crews, manage subordinates, and ensure adherence to work plans, QA/QC, and client expectations in heavy industries across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Education – no minimum education requirements.
• Experience – 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification/License – Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers on construction projects to meet plans, schedules and budgets.
• Develop Look Ahead schedules and ensure adherence to work plans and safety standards.
• Lead crews, manage equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maximize productivity and quality.
• Log daily activities, monitor costs, and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
