Qualifications

• 3–5 years journeyman level experience.
• NCCER Carpenter certification, TWIC Card and Valid State ID required.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret layouts.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints or building plans to prepare layouts and determine materials.
• Shape or cut materials using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding and ramps.
• Repair or replace damaged parts using hand tools.
• Maintain records and progress reports.
• Fabricate and install structural components and formwork.
• Operate a forklift and move materials as needed.
• Perform general site cleanup and painting as required.
