Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a responsible on-site leader to guide construction crews from project initiation to completion. You will ensure safety, quality standards, and timely delivery while coordinating materials and installation methods.

The role requires the ability to supervise field operations, monitor inventory, and communicate progress daily. A proactive trainer mindset helps develop crew competency and adherence to CCDP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the crew from project start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Review build documentation, assemble materials, and determine installation methods.
• Supervise on-site inventory and material tracking.
• Submit daily on-site progress reports and address delays or material gaps.
• Train crew members on safety and quality standards.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the crew from the beginning of a project through completion, ensuring safety and quality standards, budget, and timelines are met
• Review documentation with the crew to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine the required installation methods
• Supervise the tracking of all on-site inventory and materials
• Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation per the deliverable timelines
• Training crew members on proper safety/quality standards to align with CCDP (Crew Career Development Program)
• Verify that the crew members have proper certifications and skillsets to perform the scope of work
• Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies as needed
• Submit daily reports on-site progress with any potential schedule delays and or needed / missing materials

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of installation methods with raw land construction, tower foundations, rebar installation, site layouts, road construction, conduit installation, and ground rings
• 1-3 years supervisory experience
• Computer proficient
• Ability to operate mini-x, skid steers, and other heavy equipment as needed
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the schedule set forth
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to motivate, lead, teach, and train on proper work and safety procedures
• High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
• Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
• Must be in good physical condition
• Ability to travel away from home, including weekends
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
