Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise field crews and oversee safe, productive execution of electrical pole foundation work and utility infrastructure projects.

This role translates project plans into on-site action, coordinates crews, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards. You will lead daily safety meetings, mentor crew members, inspect equipment, and liaise with vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in heavy civil, utility, or foundation construction.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role, with proven ability to manage a team.
• Familiarity with project drawings and electric utility pole foundation requirements.
• Ability to lead by example with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind).
• Ability to stand for extended periods, stoop, bend, squat, climb ladders, scaffolds, and equipment.
• May work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Medium strength rating: ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.

• Communicate with vendors or suppliers for material and equipment needs
• Troubleshoot field issues and elevate unresolved or complex problems as necessary
• Lead morning safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to crew members to support growth and accountability

About this Role

R.R. Cassidy is seeking an experienced and dependable Civil Foreman to join our team. This position is responsible for supervising field crews and overseeing the safe, productive, and quality-driven execution of foundation work related to electrical pole foundations and utility infrastructure.
