Job summary

The role requires a Civil Engineering/related degree and 2+ years of estimating or project engineering experience, with strong MS Office, AGTEK, and Primavera skills within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years estimating experience and prior project engineer/take-off exposure.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, Primavera, and estimating tools.
• Knowledge of civil and construction principles and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate proposals and estimates for private and public sector work.
• Review drawings, specs, and site conditions; coordinate with field operations.
• Analyze bid risks and competitive strategies; present to senior estimators.
• Utilize cost history and take-offs to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate estimates and bid information at pre-construction meetings.
