Job summary

gpac, a Civil Construction firm, is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Civil Estimating, with proven ability to develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time, and to manage quantity takeoffs and pricing.

Relocation assistance is available, and candidates should be comfortable learning related software such as HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W. This role focuses on accurate planning and scheduling support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Civil Estimating
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Experience with estimating software preferred

A Civil Construction Company looking for an experienced Civil Estimator. Experience estimating roadways, sitework, earthwork, underground utilities, paving, etc. preferred. • 5+ years of experience with a stable work history in Civil Estimating
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time requirements
• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred (or ability to learn)
