Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator for a Civil Construction Company. The role focuses on estimating roadways, sitework, earthwork, underground utilities, paving, and related civil work.

You will have 5+ years in civil estimating, prepare takeoffs and pricing, develop material/labor/equipment estimates, and coordinate logistics with project schedules. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil estimating with a stable work history.
• Develop estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and schedule.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W, or ability to learn.

• Prepare or oversee accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Agtek or B2W preferred (or ability to learn)
