Job summary

WWC Engineering in Laramie, WY invites Civil and Environmental Engineering students to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program. You'll assist with day-to-day project work, participate in preliminary designs, learn Autodesk Civil3D, and collect field data under supervision.

You will collaborate across teams and gain real-world project experience with mentorship from licensed professionals, exploring both office and field environments at WWC's multi-disciplinary firm.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Civil/Environmental/Surveying program.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering, surveying, and staff with day-to-day project work.
• Perform preliminary designs and calculations under supervision.
• Learn Civil3D and other design software.
• Collect field data and document site information.
• Contribute to technical reports and regulatory permits.
