You will gain exposure to civil design, hydraulic modeling, storm water analysis, and construction observation while working alongside senior staff. Open to undergrad or graduate students in Civil Engineering or related fields, with anticipated graduation August 2027 or later.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Civil Engineering program with anticipated Aug 2027 or later.
• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated interest in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engineering and non-engineering audiences.
• Able to take direction from leadership, mentors, and managers.
• Basic proficiency with technical writing, MS Office, and engineering tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States at internship start.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of engineering tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
• Learn basic principles of Civil Water Resources Engineering.
• Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis.
• Assist in preparing final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Assist in collecting and maintaining project documentation.
• Complete training on assigned tasks.
