Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform environmental and civil tasks, including remedial designs.
• Develop design drawings, bidding docs, and project management deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and review technical reports.
• Assist with business development and proposals when warranted.
• Travel 10–30% of time.
