Job summary

WWC Engineering in Wyoming is offering a Summer 2027 Internship for Civil and Environmental Engineering students. As an Engineering Intern you will collaborate with engineers, surveyors, geologists, and staff on meaningful projects across our service regions, gaining hands-on experience in design, inspection, environmental assessment, surveying, and regulatory writing.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Surveying, CAD, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing project needs; positive attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering, surveying, and staff on day-to-day project work.
• Perform preliminary designs and calculations under supervision.
• Learn Autodesk Civil3D and other design software applications.
• Collect field data including inspections, surveying, and site photos.
