Job summary

Tighe & Bond is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to join our Site Civil Design Team in Portsmouth, NH or Manchester, NH. You will help deliver infrastructure projects across the Northeast within a collaborative, hybrid work setting.

You will assist with data gathering, CAD drafting, and engineering calculations under supervision, while gaining exposure to sustainability, permitting, and regulatory processes. This internship emphasizes growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s program pursuing a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Previous internship or related work experience
• Interest in site civil design and environmental sustainability

Responsibilities

• Research and compile project data
• Assist staff on projects and field assignments
• Create basic AutoCAD plans
• Perform engineering calculations under supervision
• Prepare emails, memos, field reports, and specifications
