Job summary

DCI Engineers - Spokane is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site development and civil projects in our Spokane, WA office. You will apply your civil engineering degree and hands-on experience to manage complex building projects, mentor junior engineers, and foster cross-team collaboration with clients.

The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited degree, and 5 years of PM experience. You will oversee design, scheduling, proposals, and construction support while delivering

Qualifications

• 5 years of civil engineering project management experience.
• Civil Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university.
• PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development and civil engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Prepare and review fee proposals and contracts.
• Develop workload and scheduling projections for project staff.
• Oversee site development design: grading, drainage, sewer, water, erosion control, road design.
• Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and contractors to ensure constructible documents.
