Job summary

Sperton Global AS is seeking a Civil Engineer - Land Development in Southeast Pennsylvania. You will design private subdivision and land development projects across residential, retail, and commercial sectors, working with Senior Designers and Project Managers on varied scopes.

Role emphasizes independent work on smaller projects and collaboration with project teams, with an office-based role in Doylestown, PA and a flexible work model.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive private subdivision and land development design experience.
• Experience with site plans, grading plans, utility plans, or roadway plans.
• Understanding of stormwater management and erosion/sediment control design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with Project Managers and Senior Designers.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sketch plans, site plans, grading plans, utility plans, roadway plans, and utility profile plans.
• Support layout and design development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with subdivision and land development plan packages.
• Prepare technical drawings, reports, and submissions, including supporting documentation and submission packages.
• Review zoning ordinances, subdivision and land development regulations, stormwater management requirements, and other municipal and agency requirements.
• Support stormwater management design, stormwater calculations, and erosion and sediment control design.
• Meet regularly with Project Managers to coordinate goals, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Provide regular updates on assigned tasks.
